The 5-year warranty offered by Othree for Adavcetech split air conditioners purchased through Othree in the UAE is called the OFree Warranty Plan.

How do I register for OFree Warranty Plan?

You can obtain the OFree Warranty Plan by registering your Advancetech air conditioner using the above form. You have 90 days from the purchase date to register and make use of the generous OFree Plan.

What is included in OFree?

For five years following the date of purchase, the OFree Warranty Plan will pay the necessary labor and replacement parts costs in the event that a manufacturer’s part fails.

Can I just get someone to repair the unit then bill you?

No, the OFree Warranty Plan only permits repairs to be made to your A/C unit by Othree’s licensed contractors and its qualified technicians if your unit is registered with the OFree Warranty Plan.

Under any circumstances, we do not reimburse you for repairs in any case.

Can I register my other A/C units from different brands that are installed in my home with the OFree Warranty Plan as well?

No, only Advancetech A/C units that were bought directly from Othree and registered within 90 days of the purchase date are eligible for the OFree Warranty Plan.
